Monthly calendars are distributed to members by e-mail. Our club is based on volunteerism. Moms help out by hosting events such as the ones listed below. Members are welcome to attend as many or as few as they want. Here is a look at what we usually offer: Regularly Scheduled Activities
Mom’s Night Out - Our most anticipated event of the month! We meet the 4th Thursdayof the month for anything from bellydancing to a casual dinner and movie. This event is the single-most reason some of our moms join! Bunco Club - Bunco is a fun-loving, fast-paced, uncomplicated game of dice, luck, and prizes that anyone can play. Sign up to be on our permanent list of twelve players or to be on our substitute list. Permanent players host one day out of the year. We meet in the evening on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Book Club - Like to read? Then get the most out of your books by joining our book club! We meet the last Tuesday of the month in the morning. We take turns nominating a book each month and choose a location to host this informal and fun event. Bring the kids. We usually have our discussions at a member's home, a park, or any other kid-friendly place. Lunch Bunch - This is when we hold our monthly "business" meeting to discuss ideas and concerns. This is always held at a kid-friendly restaurant where the kids can play and the moms can help strengthen and get the most out of BAM. Bikes and Trikes - We block off the end of a member's cul-de-sac so our little bikers, trikers, big wheelers, and scooters can cruise around safely and have lots of fun. Craft and Story Day A story that correlates with the craft ends this popular event. The best part is that it's also very educational! Backyard Adventure - Kids get together outdoors and play on the swings, slides and outdoor toys. Moms enjoy the adult conversation as they watch the kids' imaginations go wild!
